About Coda Verified
Coda Home has spent over a decade managing luxury homes across Greater Boston — Wellesley, Newton, Brookline, Dover, Cambridge — as a hands-on owner's rep with a simple philosophy: radical transparency, and homes built and maintained to last. That meant knowing a home inside and out, catching small problems before they became expensive ones, and having the right person show up when something needed attention.
The harder that work got at scale, the clearer one thing became: the homes that gave us the least trouble were the ones where we actually knew what was happening inside them — not just when we visited, but all the time.
Most "smart home" products stop at the sensor. They tell you a pipe is leaking or a door is open, and then leave you to figure out what to do next — usually alone, usually at the worst possible time. That's not smart. That's just a notification.
Coda Verified is different because Coda Home is different. Every alert from your system reaches a real dispatcher who can actually do something about it: diagnose what's going on, and schedule the right contractor from a vetted, private network — the same network we've built over ten years of managing homes just like yours. The sensors are the nervous system. The dispatch and the network are the brain.
A home should tell you what it needs before it becomes an emergency. You shouldn't have to be the one watching it — or scrambling to find someone who can help when something goes wrong. That's the job we've always done in person for Coda Home clients. Coda Verified is how we do it at scale, for more homes, around the clock.
We're just getting started. As Coda Verified grows, we're working to connect what a well-monitored home already proves — fewer surprises, faster response, better-maintained systems — to real savings on homeowners insurance. If that's something you're interested in, take a look at our insurance rebate page.
